- Ordering
- We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express and Paypal. You can place an order through our secure online shopping cart. Orders are filled as promptly as possible. If placed Mon-Fri before 2PM PST, your purchase will usually ship within 2-3 business days, pending stock availability and payment verification. All orders received after 2PM, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day. Items ordered together may arrive in separate shipments.
- Domestic Shipping
- All orders are shipped by UPS Ground within the continental U.S. and Canada. We can also ship via UPS 3 day, 2 day and overnight. All packages are insured and a tracking number is emailed to the email address you provide. Shipping choices and charges will appear during the checkout process. We cannot ship to post office boxes. California sales tax of 9.75% is charged only for merchandise shipped to addresses in the state of California.
- International Shipping
- We will gladly ship to anywhere in the world. We ship international orders via UPS. International shipping costs vary, depending on your purchase and location. You will be contacted by e-mail with the exact shipping cost. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees/VAT that apply.
- Returns/Exchanges
- Return requests are accepted within 10 days of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with the fit, color or styling of the product, we will exchange it for no additional shipping charge. If you prefer a refund, you can return the item to us, and we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. We do not refund shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Sale or close-out items are not returnable. Please note that only unworn clothing and shoes in original condition can be returned. You should try shoes inside and on a carpet. Shoes and boots must be in the manufacturer's box. Clothing and accessories must have the original tags attached.
- Return Procedure

Email us at customerservice@ideas4elements.com to request a return. Please specify reason for the return, your name, receipt number, and what you'd like to exchange or return. We will contact you immediately.
Place the return in a suitable shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer's shoebox as a shipping box or we will not accept the return. All shoes, clothing and accessories must be unworn and have the original manufacturer’s tags with them, or it will not be accepted.
Insure your return and ship it with a reliable carrier(preferably one that provides you with a tracking number) to the address below.
